Wedding Cookies

Recipe courtesy of my mom.

Ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup finly chopped pecans

Directions

With mixer, cream butter, 1/2 cup sugar; add vanilla, flour, then nuts. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Shape into 1 inch balls on ungreased sheets, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let stand on sheets for 2-3 minutes. Roll twice in confectioners sugar.
